From start to finish, Serge was professional, reliable, and an absolute pleasure to work with. His communication was excellent throughout the entire process. He was responsive, kept us informed, and made everything easy and stress-free. It’s refreshing to work with someone who values their customers, communicates so well, and takes genuine pride in their work. The gazebo turned out beautifully, and the quality of the assembly and attention to detail exceeded our expectations. It’s a fantastic addition to our outdoor space, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the results. Serge truly stands out for his professionalism, craftsmanship, dependability, and outstanding customer service. Finding a contractor who combines all these qualities is rare, and we highly recommend Serge and New Karma to anyone looking for quality work and a great overall experience. Thank you, Serge, for a job exceptionally well done! We would absolutely hire New Karma again without hesitation. Would be ten stars if that was possible, but definitely five stars all the way!”

“Absolutely fantastic experience! Communication was quick and professional from start to finish. They took the time to research the furniture beforehand, arrived well-prepared, and completed the assembly efficiently and in a very timely manner. Their attention to detail, professionalism, and quality of work exceeded my expectations. I couldn’t be happier with the service and would highly recommend them to anyone needing furniture assembly!”

“Roberto saved the day! We had some drainage issues in the yard and he helped move and spread a massive amount of topsoil and plant grass in a short amount of time. He has also repaired a few leaky spots on my roof. Roberto is a hard worker, a problem solver, and a super pleasant person to work with.”
