“Outstanding Service from Serge at New Karma! We couldn’t be happier with our experience working with Serge from New Karma to assemble our outdoor gazebo! From start to finish, Serge was professional, reliable, and an absolute pleasure to work with. His communication was excellent throughout the entire process. He was responsive, kept us informed, and made everything easy and stress-free. It’s refreshing to work with someone who values their customers, communicates so well, and takes genuine pride in their work. The gazebo turned out beautifully, and the quality of the assembly and attention to detail exceeded our expectations. It’s a fantastic addition to our outdoor space, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the results. Serge truly stands out for his professionalism, craftsmanship, dependability, and outstanding customer service. Finding a contractor who combines all these qualities is rare, and we highly recommend Serge and New Karma to anyone looking for quality work and a great overall experience. Thank you, Serge, for a job exceptionally well done! We would absolutely hire New Karma again without hesitation. Would be ten stars if that was possible, but definitely five stars all the way!”
