“BathHound is a company that genuinely cares about doing things the right way. Quality and craftsmanship come first, with a strong focus on proper preparation, quality work, and clean, professional jobsites. The team holds high standards and takes pride in building bathrooms that are done correctly, not just quickly. Its a great team of people who care about their work, take ownership, and treat each home with respect.”

“I'm sharing my perspective because I believe transparency matters and prospective customers deserve to hear from people who see the company from the inside. What initially drew me here was the owner's vision of building a company focused on integrity, education, and long-term relationships rather than high-pressure sales. What has kept me here is the team. I've had the privilege of working alongside people who genuinely care about doing right by customers and earning trust through honest recommendations and quality work. I understand why some homeowners are skeptical of contractors. Trust has to be earned. Over the past year, I've consistently seen our team prioritize what's best for the customer, communicate openly, and take pride in doing things the right way. No company is perfect, but I'm proud to be part of a culture that values professionalism, accountability, and serving as a trusted guide rather than just another service provider.”

“Ying's team helped to replace my carpet to LVP. The entire process is smooth and responsive. I would highly recommand them.”
