“Andrii repaired my French doors, fixing a split in one door, replacing the frame (which had rotted) and weatherstripping, and more. It looks beautiful, closes easily, and will probably help conserve heat this winter. Andrii's attention to detail is wonderful: He even realigned the floating floor in front of the doors to get rid of a noticeable gap that had been there...and I think he left the place cleaner than it was before he got there! I highly recommend Andrii and will definitely call him again for other work.”

“He fixed our leaking pipe and replaced it quickly, working meticulously and cleanly throughout. He was prompt, responsive, and reasonable with pricing. Finding a good plumber in this area is genuinely hard. We got some ridiculous quotes from bigger plumbing companies that tried to scare us with problems that didn't even exist. Ideal was a exactly what we needed, honest, skilled, and easy to work with. Highly recommend.”

“My husband and I have worked with several contractors from plumbing to electrical to handymen over the past year. We are currently doing minor upgrades to our brownstone that we purchased last year. We had a heating pipe that was corroded in our kitchen ceiling with a slow leak. Kris knows what he is doing. He also does construction and was able to patch up our ceiling which saved us time from having to find someone to fix the ceiling and added value at the same time. He was punctual and did an exceptional job! I will be hiring him for future projects.”

“Had water damage in my bedroom and kitchen and Jose and his team repaired the drywall perfectly and sanded/painted the ceilings and walls…you cannot even tell where the damage was! They were clean and kind and even put furniture back!!”

“They did quality work and repaired my problem. I would recommend.”

“H2O, did a stellar job repairing my garbage disposal. Dazhan, hopefully I spelled that correctly, was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Would use again.”
