“He fixed our leaking pipe and replaced it quickly, working meticulously and cleanly throughout. He was prompt, responsive, and reasonable with pricing. Finding a good plumber in this area is genuinely hard. We got some ridiculous quotes from bigger plumbing companies that tried to scare us with problems that didn't even exist. Ideal was a exactly what we needed, honest, skilled, and easy to work with. Highly recommend.”

“Very responsive and courteous. Fixed issue in less than an hour and excellent rate. Will recommend highly and use their services again when needed. Issue with cold water pipe clogged in wall leading to washer. Happy to put washer to full use again. Thank you!”

“We had a septic leak, and his company was the only one to get back to me when the website said 24/7 service. I called in on Monday and he was there on Tuesday. Scheduling was also very easy as most was done through text. He walked me through what to expect every step of the way. He was very knowledgeable and welcomed questions. Given the leak we had he was also careful not to track any of the mess throughout our space. I cannot recommend him enough. If I could give 11 stars I would. Thanks again for your help and professionalism.”

“I had a great experience with Pete! He repaired my boiler and fixed my toilet, and everything is working perfectly now. He was professional, knowledgeable, and explained what he was doing along the way. He showed up on time, worked efficiently, and left everything clean when he finished. His pricing was fair, and the quality of his work was excellent. I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing reliable home repairs and will be calling him again for future projects.”
