“I have not decided to make the repairs until I find out what a sprinkler leak under pavers is going to cost but will respond whether I will be making the repairs once I take care of this leak.”

“As a first-time home buyer, I was nervous about the entire processespecially finding a trustworthy inspection and site services company. I'm so glad I went with Site-Pro. From the start, their team was professional, patient, and incredibly thorough. They took the time to walk me through every step of the inspection, answering all of my questions in a way that made sense, even for someone who isnt familiar with construction or property issues. The inspector was punctual, knowledgeable, and clearly cared about making sure I understood the condition of the home I was buying.Their report was detailed, easy to read, and included clear photos and recommendations. Because of their input, I was able to make a more informed decision and even negotiate a few key repairs before closing.I genuinely felt like Site-Pro was looking out for my best interestnot just checking boxes. If you're a first-time buyer (or even a seasoned one), I highly recommend Site-Pro. They made a potentially overwhelming part of the process feel manageable and gave me confidence in my purchase.Thank you, Site-Pro!”
