“I met plumber technician Nick who was very knowledgeable and professional. He checked the drain in basement (the reason for the call) and the sewer drain outside. Also checked every toilet flush and sink drains in which he found that I needed to replace my garbage disposal. Nick was able to come back on a Saturday to take out old one and put in new one. I tell you everything is flowing the way it should with no backup basement drain issues. I want to thank you Sewer Solution Pros and especially Nick for being so patient and caring. I have already recommended this company to others and will contact them again for any future plumbing issues and checkups. Thank you again.”

“They came out promptly. Staff is courteous and professional. He was able to open the bathroom sink quickly, in about 30 minutes. The $69 service charge was deceiving, though. The bill was over $360 dollars, for 30 minutes to snake one bathroom sink. I thought it was extremely high. Still do not have a receipt. It's been a week and I emailed them requesting one, but have not heard anything back. So, no problem with the drain clearing service. We just feel the pricing is very, very high. Wouldn't use again for that reason only.”

“Brian did a fantastic job for me with some plumbing issues. He was very thorough and made sure to get the job done correctly. I will definitely keep him in mind for more fixes in the future!!”

“We truly appreciate his transparency and would absolutely recommend him to anyone needing a reliable plumber.”
