“From the moment I found Plumbers Near Me they were on top of it from Lisa working the phone lines and calling immediately and hearing out our issues with the broken pipe at our home to scheduling us right away. David came out that same day did the consultation and was very knowledgeable, understanding, and let us know that we had nothing to worry about. Our service was scheduled they even applied the consultation fee to the service so that was so kind. Fixed the issue great quality work and great customer service would definitely recommend them for all your plumbing needs!Just for context I had a broken pipe.Just an addition to this review the city was still stating that there is an ongoing leak still present I called plumbers near me dfw and they were on it they had Jason come out the next day to run see what the issue is and he ran additional tests was very kind, friendly, and very knowledgeable took his time to ensure that he researched all outlets of where this so called leak that the city is stating that we still have. My expectations for plumbers have been set very high thanks to David and Jason. Will definitely recommend them to anyone who needs plumbing work done. Also they guaranteed me since I am a returning customer that I would get discounted price on any future plumbing needs. Very kind people. Rare to find.”

“We contacted Benjamin Franklin Plumbing to help with a non-urgent, slow drain issue in our bathroom tubs. Michelle was very personable and was able to get us an appointment set-up within two days of making the inquiry. Justin Hartkorn was the plumber that came out to our home. He arrived within the estimated time that we were told and had both drains cleaned up within an hour. He's very knowledgeable about plumbing fixes and he also gave us recommendations on maintenance of our drains. Highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs!”
