“Chris did the inspection and communicated well pre, during and post inspection. He took his time explaining the process, documentation he brought with him and debrief me at the end of findings and relevant details. The report was prepared quickly and delivered within 12 hours of inspection. It contains all the essential information, details, pictures and videos (on-line) to illustrate the findings. I recommend using kingdom inspections for their services. Thank you.”

“I couldn’t choose all options for him but his punctuality and responsiveness were definitely 5 star as well. Willing to go out of his way when things don’t go as planned which you don’t find very often. His inspection was thorough and his report was marked to where you could see what he was referring to. If I EVER know anyone who needs their home inspected I will definitely be sending people his way. I’m so glad I found him!! Thank you Justin!!”

“The report was detailed and well organized, which made it much easier for me to submit the warranty items to the builder. I really appreciate his attention to detail and professionalism. Highly recommended!”

“Well be using him again for our 1 year inspection!”

“What really stood out was how well he explained everything he found. Instead of just pointing out issues, he took the time to break them down in a way that was easy to understand. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping his clients make informed decisions, and he never made me feel rushed when I asked questions. I left the inspection feeling much more comfortable knowing exactly what needed attention and what was simply routine maintenance. If you’re looking for a home inspector who is honest, detailed, and great at communicating, I highly recommend Tyrique.”

“Daniel is the best person doing his job, A++ very professional, communicative, honest, knowledgeable, humble and nice. Was my first home and can't complain, experience was cool, walked through everything so I felt comfortable learning about the inspection. Very helpful, great photos in the report and delivered next day. Quick turn around with detailed content, I definitely recommend him, a detail oriented inspector. I would hire him again in the future. Thank you Daniel.”
