“I had a severely clogged French drain that I was convinced would never see the light of day again. After spending hours trying to fix it myself (and getting nowhere), I finally waved the white flag and decided it was time to call in the experts. I hopped on Thumbtack for the first time, put out a request, and before I could even plug my phone into the car, Matt from Amenta was already calling. Talk about fast service! Matt was incredibly patient as I fumbled through my non-technical explanation of the problem, and we set up an appointment for the next day. He and his brothers arrived right on time, and within minutes, they figured out what had been stumping me for hours. In less than 20 minutes, they were digging up a pipe I didn’t even know existed because, well, nature had reclaimed it! Not only were they quick, but they were also friendly, kind, and made me feel like they genuinely cared about solving the problem—not just getting the job done. And the best part? When they handed me the bill, I was bracing myself for the worst, but it ended up being several hundred dollars less than I expected! If I could give 10 stars out of 5, I would. These guys are the real deal, and I couldn’t recommend them more highly. If you’re looking for a plumbing miracle, give Matt and his crew a call—you won’t regret it!”
