“He didn’t try to overcharge or walk away, which saved me a lot of time I would have spent looking for a new contractor. During the painting process, I unfortunately underestimated the amount of paint needed. My new color was light, but the previous one was dark, and even with a ”one-coat“ paint, it wasn‘t enough. Instead of finishing and leaving, Brian and his team waited for me to purchase additional paint and ensured the job was completed properly with a second coat. While this undoubtedly cut into their profit, they remained incredibly conscientious and responsible. Brian stood by his word, and because of that, I will definitely contact Iten Painting first for any future projects.”

“I tend to hire contractors based on gut feeling. I got a good vibe from Hector from the very beginning. His prices were reasonable, he seemed to know he was doing, and confident in his ability to deliver. Him and his team didn't disappoint. They were in and out of my house for almost 8 weeks renovating our basement and master bathroom. Everyone was professional, got the job done quickly, and with little to no problems. Hector is a true professional and takes pride in his work. If you are looking for a contractor that will not take short-cuts, and over-deliver, Hector and the Forext Construction team are your guys. I highly recommend them and will definitely be using them again for future work both at home and at our business.”

“Would 100% recommend for any custom wood working project you have. She was commutative and showed up on time and worked hard.”

“If you’re looking for an honest, reliable, and professional contractor, I highly recommend Allen at One Way Roofing & Remodeling. After getting several estimates and doing my research, I chose One Way Roofing & Remodeling because everything about Allen and his business was professional and legitimate. Since I wanted the project done correctly and up to code, obtaining the proper permits was very important to me. Allen handled the city permits, design approvals, and HOA paperwork, ensuring everything was completed correctly and giving me peace of mind throughout the process. Unlike other contractors who said permits were unnecessary or told me to obtain them myself, Allen took care of everything from start to finish. For anyone planning a similar project, permits should generally be obtained by the contractor performing the work, not the homeowner, unless the homeowner is completing the construction themselves. Overall, I had a great experience with Allen, Roy, and the entire One Way Roofing & Remodeling team. Their professionalism, honesty, and commitment to doing the job right made the process smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend them to anyone considering a porch cover, roofing, or remodeling project.”

“We have been looking for contractors, builders, finishers and all kinds of people to hire to finish our basement, and we ended up going with Jim and Integrity Remodeling. Are we glad we did!! Jim does most all the work himself with his own employee which saved us on having to hire a contractor and pay them to hire out other companies to complete the job in pieces. With Jim and his employee, we knew who we were getting, he talked to us everyday and kept us up to date on the process, and is very easy to talk to. He gives great recommendations and sure does know what he is doing. I recommend him to anyone who is looking for a basement finish, remodel, service or anything of that nature. We plan to use him to help us with our upstairs remodel now!! Thanks Jim!!!”

“Ying's team helped to replace my carpet to LVP. The entire process is smooth and responsive. I would highly recommand them.”
