“Jeremy was incredibly patient and understanding with my schedule. Due to some health issues, I had to delay the start of the project a few times, but he never pressured me or made me feel rushed. His crew was efficient, professional, and a pleasure to work with. We are absolutely delighted with the way our deck was repaired—especially the stairs, which look amazing! I highly recommend Extra Mile Outdoor Solution to anyone looking for quality workmanship and outstanding customer service. We are already planning to hire them again to stain our newly refreshed deck and for other outdoor projects around our home. In this day and age, it’s rare to find a company with such strong work ethics, integrity, and genuine concern for its clients. Thank you, Jeremy and the entire team at Extra Mile Outdoor Solution, for providing exceptional service and delivering such high-quality work. It was truly a pleasure working with you!”

“Jim has remodeled and added onto my home several times. His character, knowledge and professionalism are personally beyond reproach and he is the most thorough contractor I have ever engaged. His work is as good as I have seen. I am a retired architect and have added onto or remodeled several homes in my life. The experience with Jim and his subs was the best ever. Jim and I already have an agreement that he will return when I am ready to build another 1,500 square foot addition that I have drawn up.”

“Hired them for a renovation project. They did such a good job with our kitchen. We had them do our bathrooms. What a great experience would highly recommend these guys for anything.”

“Everything was handled with such care and within my budget!! Communication was clear, the install was fast, and everyone was incredibly kind. The installers went above and beyond to make sure the ramp was perfect and safe for my family. They even moved some stuff out of the way for me!! Reliable, professional, and genuinely compassionate — I couldn’t be more thankful!!”
