“We own several rental properties in Destin and have worked with numerous contractors over the years. ProTeriors recently replaced a tankless water heater in one of our units, and they were exceptional from start to finish. Their communication was outstanding, they showed up exactly when promised, and completed the installation professionally. They even followed up afterward to ensure everything was functioning correctly. This is the type of service every property owner hopes to find.”

“They were punctual and professional. They took apart the bottom baseboard in my kitchen searching for a water leak. When they put it back together, it looked better than when they started! They were so kind and I am hiring them for another project!”

“Herbert Construction redid our kitchen and bathroom, and we are in love with how both turned out! James was wonderful to work with, and we’re so happy with the quality of the work. Thank you James and the whole team for making our home feel beautiful. We will be using Herbert Construction for any project we have in the future!”
