“Randy, got creative, and figured out a way to make it work perfectly. He is probably the most talented and honest contractor Ive ever dealt with, hands down. Their prices were very reasonable, and what really impressed me was their integrity they had no problem coming back months later just to fix a couple of minor things for us.Do yourself a favor and hire these guys. You absolutely will not regret it!”

“He was very knowledgeable of what was needed, and even answered all my questions on certain details of project. I would recommend him to anyone that needs any building project put down on plans. I look forward to working with him on future projects.”

“Our choice of working with EBD Properties proved to be one of the very best decisions we made in our renovation project. Keep in mind that this was during the very initial stage of the world being introduced to Covid-19. This, as you can imagine, could have caused many unforeseen challenges. Eric Bubniak- Owner, and his team, proved more than up to the task with their awesome communication, acceptance and reasoning of the changes along the way, their sincere commitment to doing the Right Thing the Right Way by Not taking “short cuts” or “rushing” their work. EBD’s attention to DETAIL might have been the most impressive Quality that we experienced and which was proven to be true and seen in their Professional Quality workmanship and craftsmanship that was the Final project. EBD Properties renovated our entire first floor, to include, Kitchen, Living Room, Sitting Room, Dining Room, Front Entryway, Master Bedroom, Master Bath, Deck and Porch. We have been awe-struck! Our proof in our complete satisfaction would be our #1 choice is EBD Properties in any future projects!”
