“Built good solid front deck and some back door steps for us. Even hung the bird feeder back up i forgot was even there. These guys do good work”

“Jason and his crew were easy to work with. They built a very strong and attractive deck. We made a change on the railing and he adapted with no hesitation and no change in the price. They hauled away the old deck and cleaned up the scrap from the new deck. We will use Homes with Soul on future projects.”

“Remodeled a back deck for me. Did a great job and was a very responsible young man.”

“Excellent job of removing old deck and replacing it. On time, hard workers who were friendly. Good communications with us. Small issue with painting deck. Ran out of paint near finish and trouble getting correct paint-oil base vs water base, correct color. More an issue with their supplier. Issue handled well and professionally. Would use them again.”

“River Cityy Remodeling did an absolutely amazing job building my deck and screened-in porch. The builders were highly knowledgeable and helped me find creative solutions that resulted in a deck that’s truly unique in my neighborhood. As my neighbor put it, “It’s so sturdy,”—and they’re absolutely right. I’m a designer, so details matter. Mr. French checked in with me daily, and his team consistently ensured my expectations weren’t just met, but exceeded. Once they understood the original vision, they handled the details without me having to ask—those little thoughtful touches made a big difference. I’m extremely happy with the work and would highly recommend River Cityy Remodeling to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality craftsmanship.”
