“Our deck was in serious need of repair and I was desperate as it had become a danger to my family. Jake and his team were my first hire off of thumbtack and at first I was hesitant on the reliability of using the app but his company’s positive reviews were enough for me to want to take a chance. From the first meeting with Jake, I felt comfortable with my decision as he listened to my concerns. He was extremely knowledgeable, accommodating, and transparent. He was able to offer me different options so that I could make a decision based on my goals and budget. They were able to start work immediately and took the hefty project head on without complaints even though it was in worse shape than originally thought. Jake and his crew were respectful of our time and had excellent communication throughout the project about suggestions, progress, and timeline. The completed project is just what we had hoped for and more and we can finally feel safe again using our deck. I already have other projects in mind to hire them for the future.”

“He went above and beyond his duties to help solve issues as they arose. A very pleasant experience!”
