“If you want a contractor that is efficient, works with your budget, and provides high quality work, then Lonestar Builers is the perfect company to work with. Alyssa and Levi were both responsive and easy to work with throughout this project. I wanted an outdoor space and they delivered. Most importantly, my pup Oliver loves the outdoor space. I’m looking forward to hiring them for my next project.”

“More stable railings were also installed to our front walk way which includes two sets of stairs. Again we are very happy with the work and how they look. Thank you!”

“We made a great decision when we chose MG Construction to build our patio deck. The deck includes two octagonal holes which surround two trees and are perfectly constructed by Carlos, Miguel, and the other craftsmen. It is beautiful! We are grateful to Max, our project manager, and the owners, Michael and Melissa, for their expertise and direction. We couldnt be happier!”

“We had an very good experience working with Sam and the entire Exodus Construction & Remodeling team on our pool remodeling and driveway paver project. From the very beginning, Sam was knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely cared about making sure everything turned out exactly the way we envisioned. Our pool looks absolutel beautiful, and the new paver driveway completely transformd the curb appeal of our home. The craftsmanship and attention to detail were outstanding, and the crew kept the project moving smoothly while maintaining a clean and organized job site. Sam was always available to answer questions, provide updates, and make sure we were happy with every step of the process. His professionalism and dedication gave us confidence throughout the entire renovation. We couldn't be happier with the final result and have received so many compliments from family and neighbors.”

“I worked with both Paul (Project Lead) and Ismael (Foreman), both were great to deal with. My home was in need of extensive concrete work porch, stairs and driveway. I competitively bid the project among 3 suppliers. While not low bidder, Smart Eye's pricing was competitive and during the on-site survey Ismael provided insights and project options. Prior to award, I decided to redo the patio as well. This was mentioned as a potential option to all bidders. Smart Eye was responsive, providing an updated quote within hours, whereas the others required days and another site visit. I awarded the project to Smart Eye. Their team was professional and respectful to me and my neighbors, and they did excellent work! When I need a contractor going forward Smart Eye is my 1st choice.”

“Giovani did an excellent job on the start up of chemicals on my pool. He went above & beyond making sure everything was balanced. He actually made more visits than he originally quoted. My pool is sparkling clean thank you so much. ! I would definitely recommend his services.”
