Sheila V. says, “⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We called Buffalo Pool Supply because we were having trouble getting our pool water balanced and also wanted someone to check our equipment. Instead of immediately scheduling a service call, they honestly suggested that we first take a water sample to Majestic Pools for testing to see if the issue could be resolved without an unnecessary appointment. They guided us through the process, and thanks to their honest advice, we were able to get our pool water balanced and crystal clear without needing a service visit. It’s refreshing to work with a company that puts the customer’s best interests first instead of trying to sell an unnecessary appointment. We truly appreciate their professionalism, honesty, and willingness to help. In the future, Buffalo Pool Supply will be the first company we call for advice or service. Highly recommended!”
