He gave us a bid, we accepted, the new heater was ordered and 10 days later every thing was in working order. Now this may not seem special but it was. We had called our usual pool maintenance company who after a 2 week delay, came out, looked at our heater, threw up their hands and said nothing could be done because of codes. Called 2 other companies who didnt return my calls for days. Looked up codes and there was nothing wrong with our setup which Keith confirmed. Our house was built in 1964, our pool installed in 1968 with multiple equipment replacements.In summary Keith is prompt, knowledgeable, professional, pleasant and a pleasure to work with.
