“I had a wonderful experience working with Essential Living Construction on multiple projects: bedroom wall repair, fence removal, repaired and painted a retaining wall and the front door. The options were laid out clearly and they followed through on every promise made in the contract. The repairs were handled quickly and professionally. Contractor Oscar Barajas kept me updated throughout the process. There were no surprise expenses at the end. The crew kept everything neat and clean during the repairs and after completion. I would highly recommend Essential Living Construction for any home project.”

“Felix and his team went above and beyond for all of our projects. If you get to work with them, you will be in excellent hands. We were so happy with their work that we had him do paint and stain on our cabinets, front door and banister -- and all are beautiful! Our front door project was particularly hard because, when the paint was stripped, we found that the door was a hodgepodge of various types of wood. They worked through the staining process to not only make the door look cohesive, but it is a work of art. We are so grateful that we found Felix.”
