“Hired to remove popcorn and paint from a single room. Met the $1250 minimum for a job. Chad was out of town but communicated effectively on what was going to happen. The workers was able to finish within a day. There was an incident where they couldn't find a working outlet and unplugged my internet, but it wasn't too big of an issue. The attic access was a broken piece of drywall and they replaced it for me without me asking. Would recommend.”

“We had them paint the interior of our house, remove the acoustic ceilings, and install recessed lighting in the kitchen and living room. They were punctual each morning and finished the project within the expected time period. I felt they were very reasonably priced and their quality of work was excellent. When I had questions, Ed was quick to respond to phone calls or texts, and always had a solution. Can’t recommend them enough!”

“Alex and Vitali of Otter’s Decking & Siding LLC are true craftsmen who performed a well executed project for a very reasonable price, providing high quality workmanship, adherence to schedule, and much appreciated attention to details. The project consisted of removal of 120 LF of water damaged wood siding and underlayment along the foundation of our garage; installation of new waterproofing membrane including the sealing of all seams; installation of new siding; caulking all joints and cutouts for electrical panels and exterior plumbing; and finishing the project with two coats of paint to match existing. They completed the project from demolition to installation and painting in two days per the agreed upon schedule. Alex talked us through the entire project before proceeding with the work and then kept us informed as the work progressed. They kept the project site organized and cleaned up after each day. They were respectable, responsive and professional when addressing my questions and concerns. We are very pleased with the project’s outcome and the quality of craftsmanship provided by Otter’s Decking & Siding LLC.”

“I highly recommend and would hire these professionals again. Grateful to have come across them on Thumbtack.”

“I needed a ceiling patched and painted in my rental property. He did such an amazing job. His communication was always so professional. I was able to trust him with a key and he took very good care of my condo while he was working. He left everything spotless. I will definitely be using Yovany again.”
