“For many years, we have trusted Christy Froman as an important part of our family’s overall wellness. She has been coming into our home for personal training sessions. She is incredibly professional, reliable and most importantly effective! She has worked with my husband and I as well as both our children on occasion. She is able to meet everyone’s individual needs and goals. She has also been incredible at adapting when someone has an injury or specific need or concern. Her fee structure is super straightforward and an incredible value for the investment given what we get in the sessions, as well as the incredible amount of ongoing education and information she provides. If you want a knowledgeable, inspiring, and reliable personal wellness trainer, we wholeheartedly recommend Christy without reservation or hesitation. Her impact on our lives has been nothing short of extraordinary, and we are confident she will make a positive difference for anyone else she works with, as well. Jeffries Family, Leawood, KS”
