Elisa C. says, “We chose to hire CSG to assist us in finding information regarding reunifying with my birth mother and half-siblings. As one can imagine, this can be a highly sensitive and emotionally-charged situation. The investigators were compassionate, professional, and thorough. They wisely pursued investigating leads which contradicted information that we thought was absolutely definitive and this thorough approach lead them to a result that was far happier than what we had expected. They were always prompt in communications and ensured that our wishes were considered first. When decisions had to be made they listened to our ideas and then provided helpful, professional feedback on possible alternatives to consider but would have deferred to our original request if that was our final decision. We highly recommend CSG.”
