“Travis has been an exceptional property manager. He stepped into a challenging situation where we had been self-managing and dealing with tenants who wanted to vacate early to pursue activities that violated HOA rules. Travis handled everything with professionalism, navigating the transition smoothly and quickly securing new tenants who have been fantastic. Hes reliable, communicative, and always keeps us in the loop on important matters. We genuinely dont know how wed be able to manage an out-of-state property without him. Highly recommend!”

“Logic is by far the best property manager I have had the pleasure of working with. They do a great job of making sure residents are cared for while providing good strategy for owners. Theyre very knowledgeable with lots of experience and I could not be more pleased with how they operated our property. We also received great feedback on Logic from our residents. Cant wait to work with them again in the future!”

“Exactly want you want from a property management company. Quick communication, strong work ethic and all ways up front and honest. Highly recommend!”

“We found Tryn through a reference, as we needed a property manager. He educated us and made our life easy with his patience and knowledge to answer our many questions! And, when we were ready to sell our home there was no question who would do it the best through excellent negotiation, as well as communication. He's a star! Five star!”

“Joseph Thomas has managed properties for me for many years now. Of all the property management companies I’ve worked with, I trust them most. I feel like they have been honest in their dealings with me and my tenants and have given good advice whenever needed. Thank you!”

“Ziprent is an excellent platform for Property Management. From qualifying Tenants, to Lease agreements, to Rent collection with reasonable affordable price point. They even present the owner with qualified tenant applicants for their chose. Most Property Management companies do not allow the owners this discretion or much flexibility or control. Ziprent keeps the owners in the loop at all times. Giving them choices if they chose to take the initiative. Or the owner may opt to defer to Ziprent. But it is our choice ! Take a peek at Ziprent and see what you think !”
