“Quick to respond and was able to come the next morning. Sealed off room and removed tiles and then laid down encapsulant over the mastic on the hardwood. He has a contact you can pay extra for for air monitoring that I added on which monitors air before during and after the process to minimize the amount of asbestos getting into the air. Price was fair overall.”

“He is currently doing a mold inspection for me. He did air and swab samples. Dressed professionally. He explained how the machine works for the air sample and did whatever I requested. He explained different stuff in an apt that could be harmful as well. He’s knowledgeable in what he does. I will be writing one more final review after I receive my report. But so far I’ve been happy.”
