“He also provided information for how to mitigate, fix and also provided reference material with term/abbreviation definitions that we could use to understand his concerns. So I didn't have to Google what he flagged! He also called me (after hours!) To discuss the report and ran through the items in order of magnitude, telling me what could pass vs what can't. The other benefit to hiring Dustin is that he is HANDY, he has been in construction for many years and has a good sense of how much things cost, how hard they are to fix and adjust. So he brought that knowledge to the table when directing me on what to be most concerned about. He was polite, well mannered and professional - and his wife is the sweetest thing. SUPER PERSONABLE. He is truly human, he CARES about his job, he is ethical and thorough. You can tell he has a big heart and is looking out for you. We will be hiring Dustin to inspect once repairs are done on the house we intend to buy. We send the Highest recommendations for Dustin. 5 stars is NOT A HIGH ENOUGH RATING.”

“Brad came out to assess the moisture in our crawl space. ”

“Zac and Kyle from Radon 1 recently completed a radon mitigation system install at our home, and I couldnt be more impressed. They arrived right on time at 8 a.m. and got straight to work with a level of professionalism that was evident from the start. The install itself was incredibly clean and well-executedit's clear they take pride in their work. Every detail was handled with care, and they left no mess behind. After the job was done, they took the time to give me a thorough walkthrough of the entire system, explaining how everything works and answering all of my questions clearly and patiently. Its rare to see this combination of technical skill, punctuality, and professionalism. Zac and Kyle are top-notch, and I highly recommend Radon 1 based on my experience with them.”

“I can't say anything about his work, but his honesty earns him 5 stars.”
