“Edgar was the best!! He very nice and super friendly. He installed blinds, assembled and installed curtain rods, assembled and installed a ceiling fan, and assembled and installed shelves for our garage. His work is top quality. We are going to be hiring him again for more projects. Highly recommend!”

“Melvin was the best contractor I ever worked with. He was prompt, punctual, did what he said he was gonna do, and my project turned out great. I will be hiring him again.”

“Having hired several professionals for previous homes, we can honestly say that this is the best experience we have had with any contractors. We would not hesitate to work with Modo Renovations again and cannot recommend them highly enough!”
