“Sayayin just completed a sand, scrape and paint of the exterior of my home. They also stained the deck and epoxy painted the base of the hot tub. I am very happy with their work and highly recommend the company. There was a lot of peeling paint from an incorrectly done paint job four years ago. Sayayin took the time to sand and fill all the spots and the result is beautiful. They were professional, communication was prompt and Melvin and his crew were a pleasure to work with. I will be hiring them again for another paint project.”

“We were involved in every decision, and Spencer and his team consistently delivered their best, turning our vision for our new home into a wonderful reality. The quality of their craftsmanship and attention to detail were truly outstanding--exceeding expectations at every step of the way--and they kept to their promised timeline. Even after the major renovation was completed, the team continued to be responsive to our questions, maintaining strong communication and a willingness to help. We are so grateful to the Modo team for their excellence--truly a pleasure to work with them on this major renovation project. Having hired several professionals for previous homes, we can honestly say that this is the best experience we have had with any contractors. We would not hesitate to work with Modo Renovations again and cannot recommend them highly enough!”
