“Excited to start working with Dee.”

“I had a wonderful experience working with Meezan. She was creative, professional and listened closely to my ideas. Meezan was generous with her time and created a beautiful design. I highly recommend her for your next project.”

“All we had to do was pick times that worked best and their crew showed up ready to work with no hassle or additional information from us. The work was done to perfection and expectations met on job quality. Great communication great customer service and best of all no disappointing back n forth or wasted time & money. Just a job well done. Will be calling back for every job that comes up for home repair. I’d trust them for any job big or small in future. Great experience all around. They really take what is usually a big stressful part of home ownership and makes it a pleasant experience. Their team has the ability and professionalism to get any job done in record time, with helpful advice along the way even when the unexpected comes up. Their contractor Jeff was very knowledgeable and answered questions about everything, even on other projects & home improvement issues he wasn’t there for. He gave us money saving ideas we’re for sure going to be hiring them to take care of soon. The work was done quickly and with greater care than we expected, it was like he was working on his own house with the amount of effort and attention to detail he put into considering our investment and personal safety others would have not cared about…and he even cleaned everything up so we didn’t have to do a thing. Except sit back and enjoy our new deck. So grateful for their services.”

“I have used Dave and his team multiple times, and the completed work always looked great!!!! Dave is a great guy to work with, and his estimates were on target with my expectations. Ive had multiple bedrooms painted, with door frames and baseboards replaced, hallways and stairwells painted as well as kitchen. Daves team also repaired an interior garage door that needed new framing and insulation. They are more than just a painting team!”

“Tri-State Draftsman handled my project professionally. Was able to deliver the request timely. The quality work was exceptional. He was patient in handling the modeling project design. If I have another project, I will definitely hire him, again. Because he is passionate about his work and has great work ethics.”

“Orlando and his crew completed quite a few projects for us - completely rebuilding our back mud room, adding an office and full bath. They also did a raised back deck for us, installed new kitchen cabinetry, vinyl flooring, floor and wall tile, wall paneling and more. They did everything - framing, drywall, trim, painting, electrical, lighting, windows, doors, plumbing etc. I will never call anyone else than Orlando for anything we need done here. They made us customers for life with the quality of their work and they were just a joy to have here. Absolutely cannot recommend them enough for any size project.”
