“After difficult experiences with other contractors, working with this team was incredibly refreshing. They were accountable, attentive to every detail, and consistently communicative. The finished work exceeded my expectations. They dont simply do an excellent job; they truly put their hearts and minds into everything they do. I cannot recommend them highly enough! They just finished Renovating my business and I could not be happier highly recommend!! The place is unrecognizable. There were several partition walls and the ceiling was a multilevel nightmare. The building is really old and my Studio looks absolutely fresh and amazing.”

“I have to say that we have worked with GCs and other Interior designers before but this time working for Dacey Design was really fun and the communication was excellent.Miss Dacey showed us the areas, the colors, the materials, what she was looking for to obtain with the focal points and what she was expecting to see in the results for her clients satisfaction. The best was how she organized everything with a list of each room, materials and 3D images. She made it super easy for my team and I learned a lot also.”

“When I moved to St. Augustine I realized my bathroom was a "closet". I knew I could not feel comfortable in such a confined space. Tri-State came in and totally renovated the space and expanded it. It is fit fir a queen. The shower, tile, sink, cabinetry, flooring and special trim touches, as well as a gorgeous barn door made it the envy of my friends. My next project with Tri-State will be a complete kitchen remodel, including opening up the space between the living room and kitchen, my other bathroom and flooring throughout the common areas. Then they will be overhauling an older screen porch. Their materials are top grade. Their imaginative use of space, professionalism, kindness and completion are exceptional.Once you find a company that offers this type of craftsmanship and dedication to customer satisfaction, you stick and stay.Thank you and I look forward to these next projects with you.As of today, 1/23/24, my kitchen is complete. If I only had the words to describe the incredible planning, design, craftsmanship and professionalism that went into re-imagining this space. It was closed off to the rest of the house, with original cabinets, a "painted" countertop and dreadful lighting. Tri State Builders & Remodeling created my dream kitchen and more. The transformation and their kindness made me cry!”
