Erin Blevins says, “We recently had our roof replaced by Midwest Roofing, and I cant recommend them highly enough. From start to finish, they went above and beyond.Frank, our main contact, came out in the evening during a rainstorm to tarp our roof after shingles had blown offgraciously and without hesitation. He quite literally got soaked climbing up there IN THE MIDDLE OF THE STORM to save our home from further damage. What a freaking hero! I am unbelievably grateful, and his friendly, calm presence was exactly what we needed in a stressful moment. They were incredibly patient as we navigated a frustrating insurance process trying to get hail damage covered. When our claim was ultimately denied, Frank and his team still made the whole experience as smooth and stress-free as possible. On the day of repairs, the crew (led by Larry who was fantastic too) was professional, efficient, and thorough with their clean-upno stray nails or debris left behind. The roof itself looks fantastic, and they even coordinated with a stucco specialist to make sure the edging was done right for the stucco parts of our home.To top it all off, they noticed our chimney flue cap had come off, went to the store, bought a new one, and installed it for us. That kind of attention to detail and genuine care is rare. Its clear that the people at Midwest Roofing truly care about their customers and take pride in doing a great job. Were so grateful for their help and cant say enough good things about them! Customers for life right here.”
