“Candice and her staff are incredibly creative and talented. We had a good idea of what we were envisioning for these rooms and they took our suggestions and created two rooms that surpassed our expectations. Youtopia Designs pays attention to every detail which always produces amazing end results. Not only did they design a beautiful room but the execution of the design was implemented with incredible workmanship and professionalism. We have always had a great experience working with Youtopia Designs which is why this is the third time we have hired this company.”

“Their quality workmanship and excellent customer service gave us confidence to move forward with additional renovation projects. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy contractors.”

“When my husband and I began building a new villa in Missouri, C.J. Knapp was our guide to a beautiful home. She was fun to work with and guided us to beautiful furnishings. With her help we were able to find just the right touches. C.J. Was always available even on short notice to meet for however long we needed her. Working with C.J. was like a one stop shop. Every thing we needed was in one place which saved time and driving. If you need help with a decorating project, give C.J. a try; you won’t regret it.”

“Larissa is the first design professional I’ve worked with, and I am so happy with our work together. Not only did she put together a space that was exactly like I was looking for, she found pieces of excellent quality with affordable price points. She was responsive and very polite, and overall very good to work with. I definitely recommend her! My place looks amazing.”

“Not only was he quick to respond, he was delightful to work with, knowledge in addition to charging a fair price for the repairs. He's now working on another bid for us. I'm so happy we hired him. I HIGHLY recommend Stay Positive Investments.”

“I'm just starting with this company. They have taken me to see a project they just completed. An entire house rebuild.”
