“IWe worked with Mike and his team at Kedem Home Builders for a bathroom remodel. (Ripped everything out, swapped toilet and sink location, added recessed cabinet area, new tub, tile, and floors) They did such a great job and worked incredibly fast! They were also very helpful to reinstall our toilet each day since this was our only bathroom. The same crew of guys worked on our project the whole time and they did everything so there was no time wasted. They kept everything tidy and we are so happy about the way everything turned out. Really appreciative of the work everyone did and would happily use them again and recommend them to others!”

“Mark was the project manager for our family room remodel. He was very diligent, made sure to listen to all our concerns every time he came in, and addressed each and every one of them.He also made sure the room was thoroughly cleaned up at the end. We are very happy with how our room looks now, and would highly recommend Mark for any future projects!”

“We had a bad experience with a kitchen remodel and knew what we didn’t want. They set a realistic budget with us and we came up with items that we would be able to do ourselves to save money like flooring, paint and gutters. We originally discussed getting a tuff shed and converting it but are very happy we had them build the entire thing. The design is so much more modern and fits in our backyard space perfectly. The high ceilings make it a great working space. The build process went smooth and we felt there were never extended times with no one on site like we’ve experienced with another company. The only unexpected thing was the structure was much higher off the ground than we anticipated so we had to build a couple steps up to the door but that wasn’t a big deal. There wouldn’t have been a way to have the structure lower because of the slope of the yard we just didn’t realize it. I really appreciated the communication. Aaron was quick to respond and even if they needed to check on something I always got a response letting me know. Always kept us in the loop if inspectors would be coming by. Makes a big difference to have good communication as people are coming and going on your property. Would definitely hire Aaron and Ryan again and recommend them. (Some of the pictures show the painting and flooring we did ourselves to save money)”

“Hired Berkut Construction and Renovation Co. to remodel the garage from two small doors to a single rollup door which required a new laminate beam. They were excellent to work with and very professional in their work. All of the work was done in a very timely manner. I would highly recommend them.”

“Thank you, Peak Remodeling!”

“Originally was planning to do a bench and shelf for a hall area, but we ended up expanding the job to include crown molding in 3 different rooms and some minor electrical work. He was very conscientious of his work and making sure that it was being done just as we had hoped. Would not hesitate to have Nick back and we look forward to working with him again in the near future to help us with a few other projects we hope to complete.”
