“The architect under TriState draftsman is Tinashe, (Nash) he’s very talented, professional, respectful to our home and wishes. There’s not enough words to describe him. I will post before and after photos when our project is complete.”

“I had an outstanding experience working with Dan’s Designs for a two-floor addition on my home. From the very beginning, they made what could have been an overwhelming process feel smooth and manageable. Their team walked me through every step, explaining the permit drawings in a way that actually made sense, and they stayed closely involved not just with me, but with my contractor as well—which made a huge difference in keeping everything on track. What really stood out was their responsiveness and customer service. Anytime I had a question or concern, they were quick to answer and genuinely helpful. Their pricing was completely transparent—no surprises, no hidden fees—and very fair considering the level of detail and support they provided. On top of all that, the turnaround time was impressively fast. We were able to move forward with permits much sooner than I expected, which saved us both time and stress. If you’re looking to get a project off the ground and want a team that’s reliable, efficient, and truly invested in your success, I'd highly recommend Dan’s Designs.”

“I worked with Esther on my garage-to-ADU conversion and she was fantastic. She answered every question, even the ones I felt dumb asking, and kept things moving. The final plans were super clear and our builder had no trouble reading them.”
