Susan D. says, “My roof replacement journey started one weekend night when I posted about it on NextDoor. I didn’t expect any responses until Monday, but Jon Morris replied to my post almost immediately, and we even had a conversation that night. I had a good feeling about him right away. To be transparent, I let him know that I was also getting quotes from two other companies, and he completely understood. Jon visited on Monday with actual samples, while other companies only provided pictures. He took the time to explain the three different quotes he offered, which made me feel fully informed about my investment. One competitor repeatedly tried to discourage me from choosing Cardinal, which added significant stress to the process. In contrast, Jon was gracious and understanding throughout. I chose Cardinal, and I'm really happy with my decision! I also needed to completely replace my decking, which I learned might be necessary during my initial conversation with Jon. Brian offered me a discounted price for the replacement. Monty and the crew did a fantastic job with the installation. They worked diligently to complete the job within a day and did an excellent job of cleaning up afterward. I highly recommend this company!”
