“In total, I received price quotes from eight roofing contractors. Afterwards, it took me two weeks to decide on who won the bidding war. On 3-30-26, I chose American Cool Construction to install a new roof on my house because I felt they cared the most about me, my house, my budget, and they wanted to do the best job by giving me the best roof. In addition, American Cool Construction has been in the roofing business for years, they are highly rated by roof manufacturers, GAF and Owen’s-Corning, they use the best materials, their crews are very experienced, they are expert installers, their price quotes are fairly-priced, they are professional, and they are a pleasure to work with fro the beginning until the end of the job. If you are looking for a quality roof, and a quality company doing a quality job, I would recommend you call American Cool Construction and hire them today. Their phone number is 916-800-2892. You will not be disappointed because when you hire American Cool Construction, you are hiring the “best of the best.””

“I had my best experience with contractors in more than 30 years. The owner/manager was quite on time for estimate and scheduling his crew. I provided him with two third party reports of dry rot of my house. The estimate listed "all found places". The crew fixed all of them within one day. This was an open 3 contractors bid. NexGen Exteriors estimate was far the best. I will recommend them to my friends and neighbors. I also plan to discuss more job around my mountain house.”

“I had Ryan do some work on my roof last year. He repaired some metal around a vent replaced a couple of tiles that was leaking into the living room. Rather that try to sell me a new roof, he said that I should be good for another 10 years. I would highly recommend Ryan!”
