“On 4-15-26 and 4-16-26, I just had a new roof installed on my house by American Cool Construction. Right from the start, Orli Gispan, a Project Manager with American Cool Construction, came to my house on Wednesday, 3-12-26, to give me a price bid on my roofing project. Orli is a very outgoing and energetic woman. Needless to say, Orli got right to business, and within 15 minutes, she had my price quote completed. That means she brought out her ladder, climbed up on my roof, walked on my roof and measured it, assessed the condition of my roof, she took pictures oof my roof with her camera and her drone, and then she prepared her price quote on her phone. Obviously this wasn’t Orli’s first, potential roofing job. In total, I received price quotes from eight roofing contractors. Afterwards, it took me two weeks to decide on who won the bidding war. On 3-30-26, I chose American Cool Construction to install a new roof on my house because I felt they cared the most about me, my house, my budget, and they wanted to do the best job by giving me the best roof. In addition, American Cool Construction has been in the roofing business for years, they are highly rated by roof manufacturers, GAF and Owen’s-Corning, they use the best materials, their crews are very experienced, they are expert installers, their price quotes are fairly-priced, they are professional, and they are a pleasure to work with fro the beginning until the end of the job. If you are looking for a quality roof, and a quality company doing a quality job, I would recommend you call American Cool Construction and hire them today. Their phone number is 916-800-2892. You will not be disappointed because when you hire American Cool Construction, you are hiring the “best of the best.””

“He repaired the problem areas using quality materials, including lead patches, cleaned and properly sealed the roof valleys, and replaced old roof exhaust vents that had also been providing entry points for mice into the attic. The difference between his work and some of the previous repairs was very noticeable. He also went beyond the roof work and dug a drainage trench to connect my downspout and divert rainwater away from the house. He was thorough, practical, and willing to go the extra mile to make sure the underlying problems were addressed rather than just patched over. Overall, I had a very positive experience with Jason. He was knowledgeable, honest, responsive, and did quality work. I would absolutely hire him again and recommend him to anyone needing roofing, drainage, or exterior home repairs.”

“AWESOME this morning..exceptional communication and informative on the job to be accomplished and very well done Also able to view before/after photos (my roof was atrocious) but with the back-to-back storms we're experiencing, the tarping was crucial..I am 100% satisfied with the work performance today..Will be in contact again. 5☆☆☆☆☆.”

“Cobex did a great job taking care of my roof issue. Their crews came out and knocked it out in 3 days. The team was professional and responsive.”
