“In total, I received price quotes from eight roofing contractors. Afterwards, it took me two weeks to decide on who won the bidding war. On 3-30-26, I chose American Cool Construction to install a new roof on my house because I felt they cared the most about me, my house, my budget, and they wanted to do the best job by giving me the best roof. In addition, American Cool Construction has been in the roofing business for years, they are highly rated by roof manufacturers, GAF and Owen’s-Corning, they use the best materials, their crews are very experienced, they are expert installers, their price quotes are fairly-priced, they are professional, and they are a pleasure to work with fro the beginning until the end of the job. If you are looking for a quality roof, and a quality company doing a quality job, I would recommend you call American Cool Construction and hire them today. Their phone number is 916-800-2892. You will not be disappointed because when you hire American Cool Construction, you are hiring the “best of the best.””

“I only needed an inspection, and received a fair and informative one very quickly.”

“Hiring a contractor for a big job can be nerve-wracking, especially in construction where there can be so much ambiguity.Out of the three, Arthur, the project manager at Universal Builder, was the most professional and made me feel the most at ease. From the beginning, he took the time to walk me through the steps they would take to locate the problem and explain exactly how they would fix it. If something didnt go as scheduled, he would personally call to reassure me and make sure everything was addressed until I was satisfiedand it was. He was upfront abut the pricing from the beginning, they are not the cheapest but they are not the most expensive either. depending on the job, you don't want to always go with the cheapest contractors and end up with no insurance, and a crappy job. I eneded up getting part of my roof fixed and a brand new Chimney Cap for a very good price. In the construction world, it can be hard to find true professionalism you can count on. I would absolutely recommend Arthur to anyone.”

“I had an excellent experience with this roofing company from start to finish. The team was professional, punctual, and communicated clearly throughout the entire process. They completed the job on time, paid attention to every detail, and left my property spotless when they were finished. The quality of the workmanship is outstanding, and my new roof looks fantastic. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest, reliable, and high-quality roofing services. Thank you for a job well done!”
