“You can tell they really care about doing an excellent job vs some other contractors you get the vibe they are onto the next job. I highly recommend Titanium Roofing and will be referring them to my family/friends.”

“He is an expert roofer and a straight-forward, honest and hard-working contractor. He takes pride in his work and inspires confidence! I would hire him again for any project.”

“Hiring a contractor for a big job can be nerve-wracking, especially in construction where there can be so much ambiguity.Out of the three, Arthur, the project manager at Universal Builder, was the most professional and made me feel the most at ease. From the beginning, he took the time to walk me through the steps they would take to locate the problem and explain exactly how they would fix it. If something didnt go as scheduled, he would personally call to reassure me and make sure everything was addressed until I was satisfiedand it was. He was upfront abut the pricing from the beginning, they are not the cheapest but they are not the most expensive either. depending on the job, you don't want to always go with the cheapest contractors and end up with no insurance, and a crappy job. I eneded up getting part of my roof fixed and a brand new Chimney Cap for a very good price. In the construction world, it can be hard to find true professionalism you can count on. I would absolutely recommend Arthur to anyone.”

“We put off our roof replacement for too long, we decided to hire the ark team (what a great decision it was). Very communicative, took the time to answer all my questions and explain everything to my satisfaction. Their team worked quickly, they figured out solutions to a couple issues we had with the room addition area of our roof. They cleaned up nicely at the end of each day, and I was pleased with the job once they were done.”
