“The Renaissance Roofing and Restoration team of Efren and Analia was hired to repair our plumbing vent stack boot and flashing due to leaking in the attic. They also updated our bathroom exhaust vent cap. They knew exactly what to do and the repairs and updates were completed in a professional and timely manner. The repairs look great and the leak in the attic has been stopped. It was a pleasure to work with Efren and Analia, and we highly recommend them. We will go to Renaissance Roofing and Restoration for any of our roofing needs in the future.”

“I had a 5’ section of shingles come off the gable of my roof during a freak wind storm. Company’s got back to me the same day and came out the following day to repair the section with new shingles. I recommend this company.”

“Afonso is a caring person who took control of a roof missing shingles. The rain water was entering the house, we had mold on ceiling and water entering the attic. He kept his appointment, reassured me and spent 2 hours with his co worker reinforcing the roof area. He knew what to bring and got the job done. It's amazing, can't see from the ground that work was performed. He is neat and a genuinely nice person. He is a straight shooter all the way; quoted a reasonable fee and is honest and experienced . He explained the problem thoroughly. You are in the best of hands with Afonzo.”
