“I spent a great deal of time researching various companies before deicing on Avenue. I originally planned to use the same company that did our roof several years ago, but I decided to go with Avenue in the end. I couldn't have been more impressed. They were always available to answer any of my questions throughout the entire process, including working directly with my insurance company. They were on time and made sure I was happy with every aspect of the job before they were done. I don't usually write reviews, but I am happy to write this one. I give them my highest recommendation.”

“Jack and the team was so great and professional. We got scammed from a roof company a year ago then after taking back our money check from insurance, we were so doubt and nervous looking for a trustful roofing company. A friend of mine referred Jack and Mika and thankfully we got the right decision! Jack and Nathan were so professional on very first day we met them. They make sure to measure in real situation rather than just giving a quote based on square feet. We did a combo new roof replacement with gutters and my fam was so pleasure for the result. Thank you for your neat and clean and how quick the job done, only 1 and a half day!!! Friendly workers and productive, they started the job real soon on early morning and most parts be done the end of day. Jack always share to me current processing and every next steps, this made me secure and I dont feel offtrack! Also thanks to Mika, she is very responsive on paperwork. Plus, after got scammed once, I am so so careful reading the contract and quite surprise on very detailed contract they made. I would definitely suggest Align Roofing to my friends cuz the result proved my words!!!!”

“Because of the expensive cost of a roof in today's market it is important not only to check the reputation of the company out, but also to check out the product offered. I found the best combination in Redfish Roofing and in particular the person that I worked with Mike Emrich. They had several options of shingles and pricing. I was impressed that Mike gave me a proposal with several options so I could choose the best option for my budget with a minimum amount of the legalistic fine print. He even provided a Certificate of Insurance with the proposal. I didn't have to ask for it. After contracting with Redfish Mike gave me the day the materials would arrive and the day the installation would take place. It happened on the days he scheduled and the installation was complete in two days. The permit was posted on my door the day the crew arrived. The crew was supervised by their Project Manager Byron. He was there 2 days for the installation and answered any question I had. Mike was there also checking up with Byron to make sure all the details of the installation were running accordingly and updated me with pictures and let me know how the installation was progressing. There were at least 6 crew members working in sync taking the existing roof off. The part I wanted to see in particular after the removal was seeing the re-nailing of the plywood deck to the joist before the synthetic layer was installed. This has to be done to meet the new hurricane standards. It was impressive watching the guy with the nail gun shooting nails approximately 4" to 6" apart. Mike and Byron were there to meet with the inspector after the roof was dried in. He signed off for that and signed off for the final a few days later after the installation was complete. The crew cleaned up after each day and when they were done used a magnet to pick up any nails. I was thoroughly impressed above my expectations from the contracting of the roof with Mike, Byron's project management and the professional crew who installed the roof. I would highly recommend Redfish Roofing to anyone.Jim Lucas”
