“From initial contact to installation, cleanup and follow up they were always on point. Before JAC Builders replaced our roof four years ago I was always skeptical about contractors but Phil Kogan, our initial contact Person was so professional, he left us no choice but to give him a chance.Never missing the smallest detail, Phil convinced us that we were right and now, 4 years later, we remember Phil and the entire JAC Team. Every time we drive up to our home. Thank you JAC BUILDERS.”

“I thanked the gentleman from Northmen for being so honest as to refer me elsewhere. It is saving me a lot of money and should work for several years.”

“He spent several hours carefully checking the structure, roof, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and every other system. Nothing felt rushed. He explained what he was looking at in plain language as he went, answered every question we had, and never made us feel rushed or talked down to.The written report arrived the same day and was clear, well-organized, and full of photos with helpful annotations. He didnt just point out problems he explained the severity, what needed immediate attention versus what could wait, and even offered practical recommendations. That level of detail and honesty made a huge difference in our decision-making.What stood out most was the personal care and integrity. You can tell he takes real pride in his work and wants to do right by his clients. Supporting a small local business that delivers this kind of quality feels good, and well definitely recommend him to anyone we know buying a home.Highly recommended. Professional, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. We feel much more confident going into this purchase because of his inspection.”

“Andrew is easy to work with, I am 100% satisfied at my new roof.”
