“Michael, the owner was able to repair a persistent tile roof leak on our rental property in Port Charlotte. He provided us with a free inspection, and lots of photos from start to finish. He was punctual, professional, and did everything he said he would do at a competative price. I would recommend Monarque Roofing and Waterproofing to anyone looking for a good, honest roofer.”

“Roof repair was completed on time and below the estimate given. Highly recommended.”

“Responded promptly to my inquiry and provided an estimate. Repair was scheduled and completed within a few days. Seems fine so far after a few heavy rains.”

“I needed a roof repair from some hurricane damage last year. I was referred to Anthony Leonard by a neighbor. They came in and inspected the roof and quoted me a very fair price. They made the repairs without trying to upsell anything or try and convince me I needed a new roof when I didnt. They weee very fair and easy to deal with.”
