“We contacted Professional Home Improvement in response to a flyer hung on our door by Angel. Their website reviews were excellent, and we scheduled an inspection. Pat Harris, the public adjuster, came to our home, inspected, took photos, found hail damage to our roof and gutters, and patiently answered our many questions. He coordinated a second inspection with our State Farm Insurance company. The replacements were completed professionally in a timely manner, and we are very satisfied. We have referred friends to this company and especially appreciate Pat Harris's help and how smoothly the whole experience proceeded.”

“Recently had a new roof put on my home, a roof and siding on my shed. Alec and Pam were great to work with throughout the process. Both were very knowledgeable about the roofing business and sold me with their customer service. The installation staff also did an awesome job with the install and clean up. Both projects look amazing. In addition, Pam gave me a Veteran discount. I would definitely recommend.”

“Had a storm damage my roof so I called Roof Harbor, they took care of everything from the insurance process to installation. Thank you!”

He handled the insurance claim process professionally and made sure everything was properly documented so my claim could get approved. The communication was excellent, the timeline was clear, and the quality of work exceeded my expectations. Its clear they truly care about their clients and take pride in what they do.I highly recommend this company to anyone needing roofing work, especially if youre dealing with insurance. “Malachi was fantastic and IS Watchdog Construction, he's the reason we used Watchdog. He cold called our house about hail damage; typically, I'd blow off someone who came to my door. While we didn't need any work on our roof, I did ask Malachi about a nagging gutter problem where we needed to re-pitch our gutters. It wasn't a big job, but Malachi treated it like it was a huge job for his company.Malachi was transparent and prompt with every call and follow-up.It's kind of weird to hire a contractor "off the street," but I really appreciated Malachi's drive and attention to detail. He didn't push his services, instead, he gave us several options. There was no hard sell, just good service, and he let the work and his company stand on their own.Thank you, Malachi, we really appreciate your work.Steve”
