“The hallway floor had become noticeably worn, especially in the areas that received the most traffic. Replacing it gave me an opportunity to make the entrance look cleaner and more updated. Builders of the South carried out the flooring work with careful preparation and attention to the edges and transitions. The installation was handled in a neat and well-organized manner throughout. The finished floor has made the hallway feel completely refreshed. It looks cleaner, more consistent, and much more welcoming than it did before.”

“Pelican roofing services all around did a great job on my house. They were very respectful and worked with great pace. I would definitely refer my friends and family to them or use them again myself in the future.”

“Came right out and diagnosed the problem by looking at the whole unit. Explained everything during the whole process and even did some handyman work that saved me a lot of time and money!”
