“I was very satisfied and impressed with the work performed by Conde Roofing & Construction re-shingling our detached garage and shed. They came in the highest of the contractor bids I received, but they were worth it. Mel thoroughly explained his approach and the materials his team would use, and warrantied his work/materials better than the other contractors. I was amazed how quickly and efficiently his team performed the actual work, without sacrificing any quality. They were also very diligent about clean-up, which I appreciated. I would unquestionably use them again and recommend them to others.”

“Jorge was very nice to begin with. He does excellent work and on time. Im will hire him for more projects and I will introduce him to my friends that need work done.”

“That was fast! They came out the very same day, even in the rain, to inspect a roof leak and provide an estimate. They took the time to explain exactly what was causing the leak, walked me through my repair options, and answered all of my questions without any pressure. I decided to have the leaking addition re-roofed, and they installed new shingles along with a proper ice and water shield. They also stand behind their work with a two-year guarantee. On top of that, they went above and beyond by caulking a window and sealing a leaky gutter to keep me protected! The entire job was completed in just one day, the price was very reasonable, and the quality of the work was excellent. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy and professional roofing company.”

“MBC Construction carried out a service in my house and the service was simply wonderful, they work with quality and a lot of responsibility, I highly recommend it!”

“We woke up to water on our floor thinking our new water heater was leaking. But the pan was dry. We gave Giovanni a call and he came right over and said no that’s roof. Went up on roof took pictures and came down it was leaking. He got right to work. Gave great service and high quality job. We had him remove our skylights and he fixed where they leaked. Prompt. Professional. Very honest. Fair prices. 5 star. Highly recommend him.”
