“Jose and his guys did an incredible job on our remodel. They created a new bedroom and office space, expanded our half bath into a full bath with a beautiful shower, and installed new flooring and ceilings throughout. Everything looks fantastic. The project also uncovered some surprises left behind by the previous homeowners, and they handled each one calmly and professionally, keeping us informed and making the whole process smooth. Great communication, quality craftsmanship, and a result we love. Highly recommend, and we'd hire them again in a heartbeat.”

“Stefano did amazing completing numerous unfinished projects from a previous contractor. He promptly provided quotes and timeframes for each project, and showed up on time every single day. He worked around my schedule and was extremely accommodating. He started each day explaining the work that would be performed and made sure to keep us in the loop as items were completed. If we had any questions or concerns, he addressed them immediately. Stefano takes his work seriously and with the utmost professionalism. He was patient with us and even completed our projects ahead of schedule. I would absolutely recommend Kosmos Remodeling to anyone looking for home renovations. Stefano knows what he is doing and is very knowledgeable, which was a relief after the previous contractor we had who caused more damage than imaginable. Stefano, we appreciate your hard work and can’t wait for the next project!!”

“If you want good quality work done to your dwelling L&D is definitely the guys for the job nobody does it better....they go on and beyond what is expected from them from the very beginning. It is the little things that special touch they add on their own which was not expected.......l bought this house built in 1940 not having a clue aa to what l had gotten ourselves into yet Leo and Danny with their humbleness, honesty and sincerity took on the task of converting this old home into a nice cozy home with so many upgrades it would take me forever to explain it all. We love our new home and what L&D has done to it l highly recommend these guys to do the same for you. We liked these guys so much we are not just friends we have become FAMILY.”
