Booking terms — please read before booking, so everything is clear up front: • Every piece is custom-quoted per piece, and I confirm your firm price in writing before any work begins — no surprises, and no price changes after we agree unless the scope changes and we agree that in writing too. • Booking: a 50% deposit through Thumbtack secures your spot, and it is non-refundable once booked. The remaining 50% is due on delivery (pieces) or completion (murals). • Your timeline starts when I have BOTH your deposit and any reference photos, measurements, or materials your piece needs — not at our first message. • One round of small revisions is included. Bigger changes, extra pieces, or additions are quoted in writing before I do them. • Approving a sketch or progress photo means I continue as shown. If approval takes a little longer, your delivery date may move by a similar amount. • Need to reschedule? Tell me as early as you can — your deposit carries over to the new date we agree in writing, so you don't pay it twice. If you cancel, the deposit is kept; if I ever have to cancel, you get a full refund for work not delivered. • Payments for Thumbtack jobs stay on Thumbtack. • Personal-use pieces are for your own enjoyment; commercial use is only included when your quote says so in writing. • For murals: you own the property or have the owner's permission, and travel and wall prep are included only as stated in your quote. • I may photograph the finished artwork itself for my portfolio, unless you ask me in writing beforehand not to — I never share your address or private details.
