The gentleman that came out to do the job was timely and cleaned up appropriately. He communicated each step with my husband and let him know that they were running a little longer than anticipated. When we got the bill, we had some pretty detailed questions on what exactly we were being charged for so we called and spoke with Michaela. She was absolutely wonderful to my young son who was trying to figure out how to navigate the business world.
