“I have been wanting to learn a 1:1 boxing class to get in shape and learn self-defense at the same, but I wasn’t sure where to find a great boxing coach until I visited the Thumbtack platform and found All About Athletics. I have been working with my coach Jonathan for a month now and it has been great so far. -He is knowledgeable and teaches the right way of how boxing works, techniques, etc. - He is so patient with me as a newbie myself. I understand sometimes it can be hard teaching someone who never had any experience in boxing but he is always patient. - He motivates me all the time and I like that. I need it to keep going since training can be difficult for me. - He communicates clearly and effectively. He effectively communicates his knowledge to me in a way I understand, digest and act upon, which is very helpful. - He understands me, and my goals and doing the best he can to help achieve them. - He is also flexible. He works with my schedule and he is always on time. What I really appreciate the most is when I told him that our meeting place to do the class is kinda far from me because I don’t drive, Jonathan offered to service me at my place so he’s been coming to me 3 times per week which is pretty amazing. - Also, he is passionate about what he does too. He is not teaching his clients just for money, he is sincere. I highly recommend Jonathan as a boxing coach. Thanks so much J for being awesome!”

“My son had been going to a different location earlier, but this is the place where he actually found himself enjoying the lessons. Professor Jerry is incredible at training the young ones, very patient, makes it fun for the kids - they learn while having fun. Id absolutely recommend it to any parent looking to get their kids into such activities.”

“Ron is an excellent coach with a very personable approach to training. His methods are easy to understand and follow. He makes sure that training sessions are fun and that I train like a pro-boxer each time.”

“Scott is an exceptionally capable Aikidoist and Aikido teacher, bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience from many teachers and styles. He is attentive, perceptive and aware of the qualities of each of his students and helps them develop along their own unique paths. And, he is fun to train with!”

“I’ve been taking kick boxing lessons with him for a few years now and still have so much fun. Even though I'm not an experienced kick boxer, he's always very patient and has taught me many skills. His combination of strength training and kick boxing techniques keeps it interesting and I feel like I get a great work out after each session. Definitely recommend his classes!”

“Clinton is an outstanding boxing and fitness coach. Our whole family has been training with him for years. Clinton has a deep background that allows him to adapt to all levels and ages (beginners, kids). He is very methodical, hard driving and easy to work with.”
